History

Construction of the resort began in 2000 in the vicinity of the little-known village of Polyanitsa. The place was not chosen by chance, as the surrounding mountains provide excellent opportunities for skiing, create a mild microclimate with moderate temperatures.

The general project of the complex, which became the basis of all this quasi-urban formation, was developed by the Austrian company Plan-Alp in conjunction with the Canadian company Ecosign.

In 2001, after the conclusion of an agreement between the firm “Horizont AL” and LLC “Scorzonera” of the agreement on the design and construction of the technical infrastructure of the resort, the rapid development of other areas of the tourism business began.

Today this modern resort is recognized in Europe as the most dynamically developing and meeting all European standards of service.
