Lavarone

The Lavarone Resort is located in the Italian Alpe Cimbra (Trentino – Alto Adige, Trentino). For skiing and snowboarding, 30.4 km of trails have been laid here, 8 ski lifts transport skiers on them. The winter sports complex is located between 1 174 and 1 600 meters above sea level.

Lavarone ski resort is especially suitable for families with children, including very young, due to its special characteristics, such as a calm atmosphere, a convenient location and the absence of crowds of skiers on the slopes. The ski slopes that stretch between Bertholdi and Passo Vezzana are always prepared with the utmost care, and the entire area is covered with snow from snow cannons if necessary. Dense spruce forests, clearings, comfortable wooden sheds where you can sit and eat between skiing – all this creates a pleasant, typically Alpine atmosphere. Easy pistes connect all parts of this ski area, so even beginners and children can cross it freely, while experienced skiers will surely not miss the challenging descent of Avez del Prinzep. Lavarone has a chic freestyle snow park.

The ski areas Folgaria and Lavarone, which lie on the plateau in the southeastern part of Trentino, are united into a common region Skitour dei Forti. These regions are the real pride of Trentino. Folgaria – Lavarone has repeatedly been chosen as the best resort in the national rating of the Touring Club Italiano, taking first positions in the quality of lifts and the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
