Resort 3 Zinnen Dolomites – Monte Elmo/Orto del Toro/Croda Rossa/Passo Monte Croce is located in the Italian mountainous area Alta Val Pusteria (Trentino-Alto Adige, Alto Adige region) and among the Dolomites Tre Cime/3 Zinnen (Alta Pusteria) (region Trentino-Alto Adige, Alto Adige). For skiing and snowboarding, 86.4 km of trails have been laid here, to which tourists are transported by 20 lifts. The complex for practicing winter sports is located between 1 130 and 2 200 meters above sea level.

Tre Cime/3 Zinnen Dolomiti or in Russian, 3 Summits is a new name and even more fun from skiing! The ski areas of Monte Elmo and Croda Rossa have been connected by two new cable cars since the 2014/2015 season. The best for skiing and snowboarding can be found on the slopes of Tre Cime and Orto del Toro; the panoramic view from the top station of Orto del Toro to these peaks, which are the queens of the Dolomites, Tre Cime, is breathtaking.

In addition to the varied and well-prepared slopes, the winter sports area around Sesto, which in the past was named after the Sesto Dolomites, also offers fantastic recreational options for families. Children can run into Kids Cross to their fullest, roll on “cheesecakes” on three tracks specially designated for children. They can learn the basics on both Rudy’s reindeer educational trail and the solar-powered children’s lifts. They will also be delighted to see the giant family of snowmen and visit the smallest herd of reindeer in the Alps.

Inveterate skiers can embark on the Great Peak Tour, which traverses the five UNESCO World Heritage Sites of the Dolomites, crosses three valleys and the Alto Adige border, reaching the province of Belluno.

Snowboarders here will also get their adrenaline rush: descent “Free Fall Ride” and “3 Zinnen Mountains Brunch” down from 2,050 meters above sea level, which can be reached using a special lift.

Those who want to diversify their vacation even more can do it without a car. The Ski Pustertal Express train provides quick and direct access to the nearby resort of Plan de Corones with its 200 km of trails.

The other two ski areas of Barancia and the Val Comelico ski area, also part of the Dolomites, can be reached from the central ski area by free bus or directly on skis.
