There are 4.2 km of trails for skiing and snowboarding. 2 ski lifts transport skiers. The winter sports complex is located between 1110 and 1780 meters above sea level.

Piazzatorre is a tourist resort in the Upper Brembana valley, in the heart of Lombardy, 96 km from Milan and 53 km from Orio al Serio airport.

It has two ski areas on the slopes of Monte Torkola: Gremei (Torkola Vaga) and Torkola Soliva. Interesting is the “black” Gramey and the “red” slope of Del Bosco, descending from the Gramey shelter to the exit of the chairlift. The Snowland training course with 1 treadmill is located at Camping Piazzatorre; it is the perfect place to learn to ski or go sledging and bobbing. Snow guaranteed thanks to an automated artificial snowmaking system.

Downhill skiing is technical and fun, with good lighting; here you can ski even with a small amount of snow in the snow cover, given the absence of gravel soil. Snowboarding is also practiced here and there are extensive off-piste slopes for freeriding, all in absolute safety given the very low avalanche risk of the Monte Torcola area.

In the area of Le Spadole on the slopes of Pegerolo and Monte Secco, or towards Passo di Monte Colle, there are countless snowshoe trails. The resort has exciting offerings such as full moon skiing or snowshoeing nights paired with a typical mountain lodge dinner.

An Olympic-sized ice rink is open all year round in the village, which also hosts hockey championship matches.
