The Selvarotonda – Cittareale resort is located in the Italian province of Rieti in the Lazio region (provincia di Rieti regione Lazio). There are 11 km of trails for skiing and snowboarding. 3 lifts transport skiers. The winter sports complex is located between 1550 and 1788 meters above sea level.
Selvarotonda Cittareale is a ski resort in the province of Rieti, easily accessible from all parts of central Italy. 3 lifts on the slopes of Monte San Venanzio serve 4 long downhill ski runs approved by Fisi for slalom and giant. For the little ones, there is a 100-meter cable car for the training slope. At high altitude, just below the summit, the snowpark is divided into zones for each technical level (beginners, advanced and expert), and freestylers have access to the entire slope free of obstacles. There is a system of artificial snowmaking.
Selvarotonda is one of the first resorts in central Italy, where ski lifts open in winter. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will find three trails among centuries-old oak and beech forests. Their length is 3.5 and 7.5 km.
Lifts are open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays from 9:00 to 16:00. They are managed directly by the Municipality of Cittareale.

The slopes of the resort serve 4 cable cars: 3 t-bar lift. There is one children’s lift for beginners and children. The total length of the cable cars is 23 km, which are capable of transporting up to 2160 passengers/hour.
