Campo Catino

Campo Catino resort is located in the Italian province of Frosinone in the Lazio region (provincia di Frosinone regione Lazio). There are 12 km of trails for skiing and snowboarding. 5 lifts transport skiers. The winter sports complex is located between 1620 and 1997 meters above sea level.

Campocatino is a small town located between the Ernichi and Kantarici mountains. The ski resort is located in the municipality of Guarchino in the province of Frosinone, which is only 39 kilometers away. From Guarchino along a winding road to Campocatino 18 km.

In one ski area there is a modern four-seater chair lift and two drag lifts that serve 12 slopes for skiing of easy and medium difficulty levels, as well as the modern Upside Down Park snow park. For beginners and children, there is a green track, 2 blue tracks and a training area served by a belt lift.

The slopes take place in a karst depression located at an altitude of 1800 meters above sea level, and, given the good location, allows snow to remain on the slopes from December to April.

Noteworthy is the Kanalino slope, “red”, 1000 m long and with a slope of 40%, served by a chair lift, outside the depression, but always in the shade, so the snow lasts even longer.

The Campocatino Children’s Park is located at the foot of the Sagittario ski lift and consists of various inflatable structures of various sizes and snow games.

Cross-country skiers can have fun on the 5 km long Nordic Arena ring, while alpine skiers, skiing at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level, enjoy a beautiful panorama of lower Lazio all the way to the Tyrrhenian Sea.
