Resort Pescasseroli is located in the Italian province of L’Aguilla region of Abruzzo (provincia L’Aguilla regione Abruzzo). For skiing and snowboarding, 8.5 km of trails are laid here. 5 lift transports skiers. The winter sports complex is located between 1235 and 1820 meters above sea level.
Located at an altitude of 1167 meters above sea level, the village of Pescasseroli is the heart of a huge national park, stretching in the regions of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise. Pescoseroli is also the central administrative center of this region. For decades it has been a structured winter resort, small in size but modernizing enough to become one of the most popular and famous ski resorts in Central Italy.
Taking its name from the Latin Pesculum Serulae, which means “outcropping of the cliffs of the Sangro”, Pescasseroli is surrounded by the Marsicani mountain range, which is more than 2000 meters above sea level with more than 50 peaks.
One of the most important ski resorts in Abruzzo is located in Pescaceroli. Built on two peaks Monte Cherazo (1820 m) and Monte Vitella (1845 m), it consists of five lifts and 20 km of slopes, for a total of 14 slopes, distributed as follows: two black, six red and six blue (including tutorial).
From this year, Pescasseroli is part of the new Alto Sangro Skipass Consortium, which brings together four ski resorts: Roccaraso, Rivisondoli, Pescocostanzo and Pescasseroli, allowing skiing in all four areas (156 km of slopes in total) with one ski pass.

Total length of tracks 8.5 km. The vertical drop is 585 meters. Tracks are prepared with special equipment. Snow cover on the tracks is preserved with snow cannons. In total, the resort has 30 snow cannons that cover 60% of the tracks. Thanks to the lighting of the slopes, you can ride until late at night.
