The Majelletta resort is located in the Italian province of Pescara in the Abruzzo region (provincia di Pescara regione Abruzzo). There are 7.8 km of trails for skiing and snowboarding. The winter sports complex is located between 1650 and 1995 meters above sea level.

The two villages Passo Lanciano and Majelletta are located in one of the few places suitable for skiing on the impassable Majella massif (2798 meters). A wide range of slopes – from the slopes to the Adriatic Sea, the width of the slopes and good snow cover – these are the main characteristics of the ski resort of Magletta.

The ski area is divided into two resorts very close to each other, but it is impossible to go from one to the other on skis; communication by ski bus and snow taxi.

The Majelletta ski resort extends to an altitude of 2000 meters and offers 6 lifts and a belt track for interesting, albeit rather short, slopes. The lifts start from Passo Tettone (1,650 meters), where there are also two cross-country skiing trails of 5 km. The Pomilio Shelter area has an equipped snow park, a training ground, bobsleigh and tubing tracks, many off-piste areas and various ski mountaineering routes.

Total length of tracks 7.8 km. The vertical drop is 345 meters. Ski slopes are prepared by snow groomers and have fences. The surface of the slopes is kept in excellent condition by the artificial snowmaking system. You can ride confidently and without fear both day and evening, when the slopes are illuminated by the beams of powerful searchlights. For beginners, training in skiing and snowboarding with professional instructors is organized.
