The resort Zillertal Arena – Zell am Ziller/Gerlos/Königsleiten/Hochkrimml is located in the Austrian Tyrol, in the vicinity of the towns of Zell and Gerlos (Zell-Gerlos, Austria, Tirolo, Tiroler Unterland, Schwaz, Zillertal). There are 150 km of trails for skiing and snowboarding. 52 ski lifts transport skiers. The winter sports complex is located between 580 and 2500 meters above sea level.

The Zillertal Arena ski resort, together with the towns of Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Königsleiten/Wald and Krimml, is the largest ski resort in the Zillertal area with 150 km of slopes and 51 ski lifts. With a snow park in Gerlos, an amusement park in l’Arena Coaster and a 7 km toboggan run in Gerlosstein, the Zillertal guarantees the most enjoyable holiday!

Total length of tracks 147 km. The vertical drop is 1920 meters. Preparation of slopes is carried out using special snow groomers of snow groomers. The resort has a snowmaking system. In total, the resort has 990 snow cannons that cover 80% of the slopes. In the dark, the area and ski slopes are illuminated. For beginners, a special training slope is equipped – smooth and wide.

The Zillertal Arena offers trails for everyone, from the easy ones in Gerlos and Isskogel, the “medium” ones in Zell am Ziller, to the endless “black” slopes in the fresh snow in Königsleiten. And there are also many straight tracks where you can ride at high and constant speed, frequent competitions between guests of the resort and tracks equipped with SkiMovie cameras ready to capture the best moments of your skiing, which can then be collected in the form of a film.

The resort guarantees the quality and quantity of snow throughout the winter. To do this, there are 990 snow cannons, which cover 90% of the trails.

The longest trail: 10 km long, vertical drop 1920 m.

The most difficult track: Gerlos number 36, length 2 km, height difference 400 m.

The slopes of the resort serve 112 lifts: 2 aerial tramway, 26 gondola lift, 40 chairlift and 28 t-bar lift. There are 16 children’s lifts for beginners and children. The total length of the cable cars is 577 km, which are capable of transporting up to 90350 passengers/hour.

The Zillertal Arena regularly modernizes all of its lifts. From different parts of the resort, where the infrastructure is concentrated, ultra-modern gondolas and cable cars rise to the ski area. Zell am Ziller and Gerlosplatt have modern chairlifts with protective domes. Königsleiten has modern gondola lifts. Only at the Zell am Ziller-Gerlos and Gerlos-Königsleiten junction, most of the chairlifts do not have protective domes.
